Presque Isle officials self-reported the underage violations, according to information in the consent agreement. Presque Isle Downs & Casino agreed to pay a $15,000 civil penalty and costs, and a security officer was fired, following an incident in April in which two underage women were given access to the gaming floor and gambled at the Summit Township facility.
